- Parachute Cord White 18ft. — Item #53402C
- Plastic Needle
Step 1. Gather your materials.
Create a loop on the end of white paracord. Slip it through the center of a CD and tape to secure.
Wrap the white paracording around the CD. Slip the end through the center and back around 9 times. Do your best to make the sections even.
Trim the excess and tape the end to secure.
Thread a large plastic needle with friendship thread.
Pull about 4 inches through to one side of the needle.Tie the other end of the friendship thread to the paracording on the bottom of the CD.
Pull the thread through the center to the front and begin weaving over and under the paracording.
When you're near the end of the friendship thread, remove the needle.
Tie the end of the friendship thread to the next piece of string you are using. We chose to use yarn. Weave until you want to switch to another string or cording.
Repeat with different kinds and colors of string and cording. When you are happy with your design and you've almost reached the end of the cording, create a loop with the cording, then slide it under the closest paracord loop.
Pull the needle all the way through and repeat until the cording is secure.
