Step 1. Gather your supplies.
Paint (30) skill sticks white.
To create the box base, attach the ends of skill sticks as shown. Each side of the base uses (3) sticks.
To attach each side together, glue the two ends of the middle skill sticks together.
Continue building upon the base, the same way as you created it.
Measure the sides of the finished box, then draw a box the same size on craft foam.
Cut out and attach foam rectangle to the bottom of the box.
Cut brown textured foam sheet in half. We used 8″ x 5 1/2″ foam sheets and needed (2) sheets total.
Glue the ends of the foam sheet to the inside of the box, creating a small hill, as shown.
Press down in the middle of the foam hill and glue, to create (2) smaller hills.
Repeat until the box is full.
Write “MOM’S FLOWERS” using foam stickers.
Glue a 1″ pom to a green craft stick.
Glue a different color of 1″ poms around the first pom.
Repeat until you have as many flowers as you’d like.
Use a craft knife to create small slits in the tops of the hills.
Insert the flowers into the slits.
