Patriotic Star Mobile

Step  1.

Gather your supplies.

Step  2.

Paint 5 craft sticks blue, 5 red and 15 mini craft sticks white.

Step  3.

Glue the ends of 2 mini craft sticks together to create a “V” shape.

Step  4.

Glue another mini craft stick to the other end of the righthand craft stick at a 45′ angle.

Step  5.

Glue a mini craft stick horizontally to the other end of the craft stick from the previous step.

Step  6.

Complete the star with a 5th craft stick, connecting the two remaining points.

Step  7.

Create 5 stars with the craft sticks you painted in Step 2.

Step  8.

Cover the mini stars in glitter.

Step  9.

Decorate the large stars with glitter glue.

Step  10.

Cut (2) 10″, (3) 8″ and (1) 15″ pieces of cording.

Step  11.

Tie the ends of the 15″ piece of cording to each end of a wooden dowel.

Step  12.

Tie the 8″ pieces of cording to the small stars and the 10″ pieces of cording to the large stars.

Step  13.

Tie each star onto the dowel to complete the mobile.
