Step 1. Gather your supplies.

Step 2.

Paint (2) plastic forks, (2) plastic knives and (1) plastic spoon. Tip: remember to paint both sides! Allow paint to dry.

Step 3.

Using craft glue, add Acrylic Jewels and Spangles to your painted cutlery.

Step 4.

You will now make the circular structure base of your wind chime. Take (4) Fuzzy Sticks, 2 of each color. In our example, we used pink and purple. Take (1) pink and (1) purple Fuzzy Sticks and twist together as shown.

Step 5.

Take twisted Fuzzy Sticks and form a circle. Twist the ends together to secure.

Step 6.

You will now need to make the cross pieces of this circle base. Fold one purple Fuzzy Stick in half and twist together to make a strong straight piece. Repeat with a pink Fuzzy Stick.

Step 7.

Fold Fuzzy Stick pieces in half and twist to secure cross pieces to circle base as shown.

Step 8.

Cut your Craft Wire into (5) 18 inch pieces, one for each plastic utensil. Take a fork and wrap the end of the wire about ½ way down the handle and twist to secure.

Step 9.

Start threading beads or Sequins to the wire and continue to wrap the wire around the handle.

Step 10.

To add some musical sounds to your wind chime, you can also thread some Jingle Bells onto the wire.

Step 11.

Once you reach the top of the handle, wrap the wire around a couple of times to secure. Add a few more beads.

Step 12.

Take the other end of the wire and wrap around the Fuzzy Stick circle base created in Step 7. If you have extra wire at the top, add sequins and continue to wrap around the Fuzzy Stick as shown.

Step 13.

Repeat Steps 7-12 for each piece of plastic utensil, with the spoon in the center.

Tip: When you add the decorative utensils to the Fuzzy Stick circle, adjust the wires so that the pieces all hang at different heights.

Step 14.

When all your pieces have been attached, take another 12 inch piece of wire and attach across the top of your Fuzzy Stick circle to create a hanger for your wind chime.
