Gratitude Wreath

Step  1.

Print out the leaf printable using the “Download Template” button above!

Step  2.

Carefully cut out each leaf.

Step  3.

Trace your leaves onto foam sheets.

Step  4.

Create as many leaves of each shape as you would like!

Step  5.

Carefully cut out each leaf.

Step  6.

Mark an “X” in the center of a paper plate, then cut. Be sure to keep the outside circle of your paper plate in tact!

Step  7.

Using glitter glue, markers, or pens, write something you are thankful for on each leaf.

Step  8.

Use double sided tape or glue to attach the leaves to your wreath!

Step  9.

Be creative! You can write what you are thankful for on the paper plate so you can decorate the leaves with markers, paint, glitter, friendship thread, or glitter glue!
