Santa In A Chimney

Use a terra cotta pot and craft materials to make an adorable Christmas craft – Santa heading down the chimney to deliver presents!

Instructions

Step 1.

Paint a terra cotta pot with large brush strokes of brown paint.

Cover the white paint with glue, then embellish with iridescent glue. Now it looks like snow!

Paint a Styrofoam ball with red paint.

Glue the ball inside of the terra cotta pot.

Twist 2 white fuzzy sticks together.

Wrap a red fuzzy stick into a tight coil.

Cut the red, coiled fuzzy stick in half.

Glue the fuzzy sticks to the top of the Styrofoam ball.

Paint 2 black dots on the Styrofoam ball. Now you’ve created Santa’s body!

Fold half of 1 white fuzzy stick into a zig zag shape.

Cut 1 piece of brown fabric or felt into a square.

Fill the fabric with beads, poms, or anything that will create a full sack!

Gather the outside of the fabric to the center, and tie with a piece of braiding cord.
