Craft Stick Angel

Put together different sized craft sticks to create a peaceful angel! Add feathers for realistic looking wings!

Materials

Feathers White
Acrylic Paint Jars Primary
Gold Sequins
Jumbo Craft Sticks
Mini Craft Sticks
Craft Glue or Hot Glue ***May Require Adult Assistance
Tape
Pen or Marker

Instructions

Step 1. Gather your supplies.

Step 2.

Cut a 12″ piece of gold craft wire.

Step 3.

String on small gold sequins leaving an inch on each end of the wire. Make sure your sequins are not all facing the same way. Every other should be facing the opposite direction, in order to fill more space and use less sequins.

Step 4.

Twist the two ends together to secure. Do not cut the inch long tail.

Step 5.

Paint (3) jumbo craft sticks and (2) mini craft sticks white. On the mini craft sticks, leave about a 1/4″ unpainted for the angel’s hands.

Step 6.

Glue the jumbo craft sticks together as shown. These will be the angels body.

Step 7.

Glue a 4th jumbo craft stick to the back of the sticks from the previous step. Make sure to leave about an inch of the craft stick showing to be the angel’s head.
